Here's another one for you. I lost money on rolling a CURRENT client. How? Client filled out Aetna app on their own through my site over weekend without speaking with me first. (We discussed alternatives a couple months ago before the commish reductions.)

He was with H, at $240/mo at 5% renewals = $12/mo

Now with Aetna, at $180/mo at 4% = $6.20

If you are going to continue to show Aetna, may I suggest disabling the online apply link if you use Norvax? I would either just have your phone number show up or a link for a paper app.
