I just found out what caused the Columbian policy to be rescinded. The applicant had suffered a heart attack within the last 2 years and answered the question NO on the application. She also completed a PHI and told them NO to the question. In fact I had written her about year earlier with another company and she answered the same way. Now I am just waiting for a call from the beneficiary.
