NAHU vs AHIP 2023 training

Im considering switching to NAHU training to keep my renewals this year. I quit selling MAPD products years ago but they wont pay your renewals unless you keep paying AHIP and doing their training until our obituary.

So beit but that doesnt mean AHIP should keep capitalizing on agents as a monopoly which they have since 2005. NAHU has a better option as far as comparing details.

Anyone have some experience with NAHU training?

if more carriers accepted NAHU I would switch to it in a heartbeat. Not sure if any new carriers jumped on board this year, but I believe Aetna didn't accept them last year, and I think one or two local plans here in Florida as well

I only do AHIP because I get it free. NAHU would be my preferred option.

I get AHIP for free via Aetna, so I don't really check. Aetna is again a "no" for NAHU.

Thank goodness. Because hell is going to freeze over before NAHU gets my money.

But if they get U65 commish out of the MLR and require all Part D plans to pay us, I will reconsider my position.

Got an email yesterday from one of my FMOs offering another one. $100 a year.

Don't know anything about them other than an AHIP alternative.

Why? Aetna still won't accept it, so you have to do both. HARD PASS
