Wondering if there is any company out there that will insure a younger gentleman who is currently on probation with one year left of a 3 year probation sentence. I do not know exactly what the probation is for as I just got a vm from him but I cannot think of anything out there.

Thanks!!

Is it a felony conviction?

I do not have it in front of me, take a look at UHL 20 yr DLX. Negative = only goes to $50,000 maybe stack so FE with it. Plus = non med SI.

Asks about Felony last 10 years or on parole from a Felony, alcohol or drug abuse, illegal drug use, DUI last 5 years and been declined for life insurance in past 2 years. I wonder if he's been declined?

He has never been declined for life insurance. I just spoke with him and he has never applied for life insurance but feels necessary now that he has a business. He is currently on probation, non felony, for a DUI

DUI is very doable. Many carriers will do that, and depending on when it was he may be eligible for standard, or might have a flat extra for "x" amount of time. If he's past two years out, he's probably ok to get covg, and the flat extra (if any) may drop off after another year or so. Many carriers 3yrs or older client is good for better than standard rates. Some are 5yrs lookback. I'm talking fully underwritten, not FE or simplified carriers.
