Need Reviews for Lead Heroes

Yes - my telemarketers are in the Philippines

(that's how I'm able to offer leads at $10 or less)

I have a dozen audio samples on my home page
Lead Heroes - We hire, train & manage telemarketers so you don have to[/url]

You can judge the "Broken English" for yourself.

If I can't carry on a conversation with them, I don't hire them.

I don't know what company you use, but I went direct and hired my own marketers and got to hand pick them and train them. They charged me something around $7.00 an hour per marketer, I used 3 and they averaged about 1 lead per hour, but that included a few knockout questions and make sure they have a checking/savings account too - I was better off paying my own appointment setter $10 per hour and bonusing her on sales. If her appointments were made off of DM leads, I payed her less per sale than if she cold called me an appointment that I sold, this made up for the "burn out" people get with cold calling.

Maybe some agents don't have the capital to hire and train their personal appointment setters then they are just better off getting DM leads rather than $10 leads with no qualifications.

It's less about capital and more so about the time spent.

Time = $$$

It takes a considerable amount of time to hire, train and manage a single telemarketer. Most people don't want to deal with the hassle.

Isnt it remarkable how much "advice" you get on how to run your lead business from people who have never generated a lead for themselves or anyone else lol, hilarious.

I generate a ton of leads every day "just not to the public" and it still fascinates me some of the stuff I see on here.

Agents want to get a $4 lead and expect them to be ready to sign up when they call them. If that was the case I would write 3 million a year because I'm willing to do what 99.999999999999% of agents won't. I'll go anywhere anytime to work so my area would never dry up if that was the case.

I'll break it down for new agents. You should be in the $100 premium per lead on DM over all. So 20 leads should be roughly 2k for the average agent.

Tele leads are a lot lower quality. So if figure on $50 PPL. So 20 leads should be $1000ish. But if you pay $150 for 20 that's a nice ROI.

As you get better those numbers can go up. Plus anyone can get lucky. I've wrote 13 apps on 20 TM leads before but that was an extremely rare week.

Don't have false expectations. Buy leads, make profit, rinse and repeat.

Ok I'm off the soap box. Back to the beach!

Preaching to the choir!

LOL yeah it really is, it's almost as funny as someone trying to sell you leads who never sold a policy before, hilarious!
