Nevada Third State to Receive MLR Waiver

Do the waivers take care of these parts in the PPACA? If so, then more waivers down the road might just implode the plan all together. They could become the Achilles heel of Obamacare.

Waivers could very well be part of the demise of PPACA. But like Healthagent said, there are parts set to go into effect anyway in 2014 that are Federal and not subject to States. What I think will happen is that those parts of PPACA will be delayed. There isn't enough funding, and the implementation of it is too immense. Already they have delayed parts of PPACA that were too immense to implement, such as penalties for the new discrimination laws for non-grandfathered group plans, the 1099 requirement (which was delayed before it was repealed), and there have been other parts of PPACA delayed. Delays, waivers, repeals, corrections... It could indeed make it die on the vine.
