New Agent Seeking Advice on Working Aged Leads

New to the Life Industry, and have a full time Job. I want to purchase aged leads and work them, between my time so I can transition to sell Life only full time.

I need some advice on how many aged leads per month should I purchase, and how many call per day should I make for the amount suggested.
 
I have never worked aged leads before for life but have discussed this with a couple of people. This is a low conversion method (# of calls per sale) and needs to be set up right. It seems to work best with a dialer and a lot of leads. You should probably work with somebody that has experience and can guide you. I would look for a match for your marketing strategy (phone vs person to person, final exp., mort. prot., just term) and align with that agency.
 
Thank you for your response. I have already purchased a dialers, and trying to view youtube clips, read articles, and go through the old forum on selling insurance by phone, and aged leads. I am trying to focus on mastering this form of marketing, because in 6 month I will be moving to Puerto Rico, and my Spanish is not well enough for me to use any other method. By focusing on sell life by Telephone or internet I an not limited by language, or location. Also by limiting the product in what I am selling, I can be more efficient, and knowledgeable so I can best serve my clients.
