Leads are either good or bad in response to the effectiveness of the agent contacting them. (Or the frustration of multiple agents contacting them all at the same time.)
Yes he has weak leads, He said:
One example is: "we have whole life, and if something happens to blah blah, I want to just sell the other piece of property and I will take care of myself. I don't want to spend any more money on insurance."
The customer said I don't want to spend anymore money on insurance. So he did not want insurance to begin with, weak lead. Sounds like you are getting these out of a phone book or just an old book of business

"The leads are weak? You're weak."
The kind of "advice" that has lead to a 98% failure rate among new agents. "Slogans" ain't gonna get it.

They weren't "leads" just customers from the book I have inherited.
