What was before a straight shot when dialing the # is now a clusterfuck of reciting your SAN, “post” or “pre” enrollment (that you have to repeat TWICE).
When the rep finally answers, agent has to REPEAT it all over again. I’m glad that I don’t have to sell it a lot now, but who knows about the future with their mission to put all of their efforts/funds into MA?
