I've been working for a call center for the last few years. I recently left and want to start selling insurance independently. I primarily will deal with medicare supplements starting out. I'm looking for a resource to learn more. I'm familiar with a lot of terms, but I want to know more. I want to know more about how to structure your agency, how to create a downline, different options for getting appointed etc. Any book or internet resource would be great. I tried to google it but I usually get people trying to sell medicare plans. lol
