I just got done writing a family away from a Mega Agent today! (Not that it's all that tough) Makes me feel all warm and fuzzy inside though! 
Anyway, I got my hands on a copy of their new PPO plan and plan description form. After shuffling through it I found out it's the same old stuff, just a new name and new company name. All limited and capped!!
It wasn't very hard to talk my client out of not going with that plan!
