One notable change is NING has decided to get rid of their free sites.

Ning Update: Phasing Out Free Services - Creators.

Plans now start at $2.95 per month for up to 150 members. $19.95 per month supports unlimited members with 10GB storage/100GB bandwidth and $49.95 is 20GB storage/200GB bandwidth.

This new pricing goes into effect Aug 20th. I've been using NING for over 2 years so if anyone has questions just contact me.

They do not say what happens when you exceed 200GB/mo in traffic, if you can "buy up" additional or not. Also the limited tech support tickets is somewhat laughable on a paid service. You could be submitting tickets on issues with their site, etc., etc.,

Yes, you can buy additional blocks. Regarding support, I have yet to run into any issue with NING where I needed any support.

Ning is pretty cool - I am impressed.
