I would recommend that you order the kit as it will explain everything in detail.

Basically, it is sharing in the mortality profits of the company. Your renewal enhancement bonus, plus the share of the company mortality profits, compound for tax deferred growth. They have averaged over 17% a year since it's inception (began in 1995 I believe). Good program.
