Bupropion Hydrochloride 150 and 300 XL appear to be covered by the $13 plan at Walgreens 10798.
450 has the not covered note.
This is consistent with the Dillons pricing for the $13 plan in my zip.
(I have to look up one of the Buproprions for someone, not sure which. That's why my interest in this specific issue.)

RXGO shows a cheaper price than GoodRX for the 150xl and 300xl Buproprion and has a price for the 450xl.

Levo is coming in at $12/year on SS Value, using that zip code.
Wellbutrin SR has got to be typo at CMS. $5K vs $20 and under at GoodRX? There's no way.
DS4 showed me the light on levothyrox ... my bloodshot eyes landed on the CAPSULE, not tablet. Capsule is crazy expensive.
Bupriopion XL was yanked by FDA. AFAIK the SR is not impacted . . . yet.
In October, the U.S. Food and Drug Administration recommended that generic Wellbutrin, or bupropion, made by Impax Laboratories and distributed by Teva Pharmaceuticals, be taken off the market, and Impax and Teva have agreed to stop shipping the drug.
The decision is based on an FDA study that found that the extended release (XL) form of bupropion -- Budeprion XL -- at the 300 milligram (mg) dose was not bioequivalent to brand-name Wellbutrin XL at the same dose, suggesting that it may not be as safe and effective.
The study was published Dec. 5 in the New England Journal of Medicine.

Humana Walmart Value Plan
I am not able to match Humana website pricing for Hydrocodone 7-325 and 10-325 with planfinder pricing.
I have a local pharmacy which we need to use for an extended family member. Plan finder shows it out of network on the Humana Walmart plan, with a cost of $10,000 on the med list.
The Humana website shows it as a standard pharmacy with standard pharmacy pricing of only $1,000.
No idea if that type of issue would carry over to any of the national or regional pharmacies.

What's the Zip and which one? Is it hydrocodone/acetaminophen and which strength, 7 or 10?
