Poor service from Assurity

This client is in his 70s and doesn't even have a smartphone or internet connection. Policy is three years old.

I know the feeling when you are attempting to help a client out, and it seems like you are the only one. Good news though, he knows you are trying to help him and that makes you look like an angel on his shoulder. :yes:

At one time we agents could call in everything for the clients. HIPPA and Fraud have changed all of that as well.

I get annoyed also. However, a mailed form with a stamped return envelope handles it and as Hawk said it shows you are handling it for them as opposed to some clerk at the end of an 800 #.
