I just got my postcards in from clubflyers.com after I sent them my artwork. I paid $160 for 5,000 postcards with shipping.

If you want to try it out relatively cheap, Staples has a deal for 250 plus 250 free for 59 or 69 bucks. The girl designed the whole thing for me on the computer for nothing, gave me the copy and sent me on my way. (told her I had to get it approved)

They had many of the same designs Vistaprint did. Hell, maybe they send it to Vistaprint.

Do you design your own postcards?

it wasnt bad, i did 10k, from clubflyers... designed my own and stamped a labeled 300 a day

every thursday and waited on weekends for the phone to ring lol
