Prior Theft Loss? ATL, GA

I have an Insured who lives in Atlanta, Georgia. He has a prior theft loss dated February 2nd of 2013. Total amount was $6503.00 The insured had the insurance company replace the damage caused by a burglar (two broken windows, broken back door, and a couple locks were broken.)

I am an independent agent and most of my carriers are denying this due to the loss. At this point I just want to make sure this guy gets taken care of and he gets a good policy. Who has a market for this? Who can I write this with? Do I need to broker this to a GA agent that can write this?


Any advice is much appreciated.

many carriers will allow 1 claim, a few allow 2 if its not the same type of claim, such as 1 fire, 1 theft.
just ask your U/W's
