Hello everyone,

Does anyone have any insight on the management track prudential offers? From what I understand after 1 year of being a sales agent you can enter what's called the "management track" . I thought this was a decent opportunity from within the company. Prudential seems solid, will also pay for you to go back to school for graduate studies after being with them for a year. So please any insight on the management track would be very helpful!

Thank you all!

From what I've seen, a manager is a glorified recruiter. I see some making big bucks and some starve.
I really think being an agent is the best place to be. One of my mentors was an MFS then an MD with Pru. He went back to personal production ten years ago and never looked back.
