3 months ago, I switched from FSC to Quomation PowerQuote because of lower cost. What I received were Mis-quotes, wrong pricing, hourglass for hours, headache, tech support for every quote. I switched back to FSC with my tail between my legs. While I used to give about 10 quotes a day with FSC, I could not even give 1 accurate quote with Quomation.
Every time I called tech support, they accessed my computer (I have over 3000 clients, name and addresses and many personal information) that was not to my liking.
Even in June, they still did not have this year models on their date base.
Hourglass just holding the CPU occupied without any result. And every few seconds, it would take the curser to quomation.
I came to this conclusion; I am not so rich to waste money on quomation; today, I returned to FSC and I am so glad I am back.
