Quote Request - New Year's Event in New York

Short term liability coverage requested for two (2) days during a New Year's Eve party in Buffalo, NY. Event planner contacted me (I'm a life insurance broker) to determine if he can obtain coverage for an event like this. 600-800 in attendance, 21+ party. Previous year's events were BYOB for alcohol.

Can anyone provide me with some insight as to who he can speak with and what type of policy is needed here?
