Anyone using a simple document/postcard/flyer or sales sheet to easily show 3-5 current MYGA carriers current rates?
Lots of big bulky spreadsheets from IMOs out there or single item from 1 carrier. Just wondering if anyone has a simple item as an overview to wet the appetite of potential buyers whether it be something that is sent/posted or merely showing as sample in Face to face.
Might be something that says "CD/IRA alternatives" 5 year current rates
Oceanview - A Rated 5%
Athene - A Rated 5.5%
XYX A- Rated 5.7%
ETC
Etc
