I am sure there are agents that do it too. There are even agents that stipulate a sale has to be made but that dors not make it compliant with the law.

I see nothing wrong with it. If you have the arrangement with a FMO or an agent, it's on them to be compliant with the call recording. I had an arrangement before I found out I don't have to do any of that call recording nonsense if I don't want to.
