Does anyone recommend a site devoted towards RRs/IARs, similar to this one? I've learned a lot by lurking on this one and was hoping to do the same with the wealth mgmt. space. Thanks!

There's a couple of them out there.
The old RegisteredRep magazine is now at WealthManagement.com. Not too bright about life insurance strategies. Here's their forum link.

There's AdvisorHeads as well. They also aren't too bright about life insurance though. I finally left them after a while.

Don't forget groups on Facebook and LinkedIn. I don't know of any that are specific to the broker/dealer or RIA world, but that would be worth a search.
