Less bonuses for agents (my opinion). What always seems to happen with
Allstate is this- when they cut commisions they try to smooth it over with
the agents they show how you can supposedly make up the cut with
additional bonuses.
Then over the next few years they raise "quotas" to a level where hardly any
one gets the bonuses, leaving them with less commission and no way to make
up the difference.
PS- Oh, and BTW, Allstate refers to quotas as "expected results".
