Any advice on good ways to sell them?

My plan is to market the split annuity concept to organizations for fundraising purposes...

Could you explain your marketing idea a little more. Split annuities are used for people that want income now and hopefully earn back enough money to start over after 10 yrs or so. What does fundraising have to do with it.

I also believe that laddering annuities would be better than split annuities. Use MYG's so you know what to project.
