Submitting Application Error

Anyone having trouble submitting the application through Healthcare.gov? It's only with certain plans where, for married couples that file taxes separately (I know really specific.. but work with me here) the application wont go through and gives an error along the lines of data can't be retrieved from the plan. Nothing to do with SEP

Thanks ahead for any advice.

Background: I work for a non-profit that signs people up for insurance through healthcare.gov, but lately we have gone through the entire application and will get an error where we are unable to submit the application.

Married filing separately aren't eligible for tax credits, so that may tie into the problem you're seeing somehow.

That could be for one case, but we so have other cases of single individuals who have the same issue. We tried to complete the application over the phone, but they also received an error, we were referred to technical department, said they would call someone name Sharon - Advanced Resolution department.
