The only products you are going to find are guaranteed issue products. Gerber, Kemper offer them. I'm sure there are others.

Hepatitis: Yes depending on treatment, damage to liver etc.
If she has all of them, then no way.

Yeah I am unless you have a client willing to buy and pay annually. $45,000 per year in premium.
