Ha - no just me. There isn't a "squad" for insurance sales . . .

I have to go qualify for all the cool Settlers incentives . . .

Isn't that a little selfish as an upline? Uplines rule of thumb (at least for the good ones) is to put their agents success first.

Any calls I get in from our carriers or call ins for insurance...I give straight to an agent. I even look up the best plan and rate if I have enough info. You can ask anyone who works for. I NEVER keep the easy sales. I could careless about making the trips. Why? Because when you do good business with a carrier they always take care of me regardless of qualifying for an agent trip.

I will admit though we haven't qualified for a trip the past 2 years. Growing a telesales firm successfully is much harder than anyone here can imagine. Thats the reason why I ride your ass so bad when you talk so much bullshit about telesales. You literally have absolutely no clue what you're doing.
