My SilverScript clients are calling me because they received a letter stating an AOR change. I did certify so I called Amerilife. They had no record of me completing my certifications so I emailed them a copy of what I got from Aetna/CVS.
Today was the deadline to certify so I asked why the letter was dated November 30th. The rep said they are required to send it out early. I asked were they going to send a correction letter. He said no. Sounds like BS to me. I hate Amerilife.
