Do you have a door knock script that has been successful to you?You'll get some good advice on here, but be careful of anybody with "special offers, just for you" or people that only want to offer you advice via private message.

Just curious then....what do you call the levels that you start an agent out who is new or has no proof of production? I mean, it's the same levels we give and I call them street level. But, according to you, when I tell an agent that they should run....so now what?
They don't need to run if you are giving them the numbers to look at. But if you just tell them street and won't give them any more detail than that like a lot of agencies do then yes they should run.
As long as you are give them the numbers when they ask about commission level it doesn't matter if you call them the hokey pokey.

Of course you're not interested. If you were, you'd be calling me. How would your family pay for your funeral if you closed the door on me and suddenly had a heart attack and died?
They'll either shut the door on you, give you a bs line, or show interest.
If they shut you down again, move on.
90% of success in this business is sorting people that have no interest from people that are interested AND qualify as quickly as possible.
You don't have to stop knocking on their door forever or stop following up in a few months when you don't have any leads, just that day is done.
