There has been some other discussion here about that, maybe in the Senior Forum.I saw a carrier stat that indicated that policies on True SS billing were 30% more likely to stay on the books. I am not sure if this is true/correct or not. I personally find that it helps with persistency which is important these days. Agents have told me that True SS is becoming less important as some online banks allow customers to get "advances" on their SS payments.
I have never cared about SSB. Except for DE payers. I've used mostly non SSB carriers my whole career and my persistency with my top carriers is always over 90%.Curious about feedback from seasoned agents that use carriers without true SS billing ~ Random example if your XYZ carrier without true SS billing is a much better fit for a client vs am am, Liberty, do you still pull the trigger without hesitation

I love that agents sell the overpriced carriers just for the SSB because it's like hunting a baited field for me.
If I were running an agency I would probably give a different answer. But I don't run an agency so I'll just tell you how it is.
Also, today even running SSB is not all that accurate either. Banks have always gotten the money from the government a few days early. It was always their hidden deal. But then some of the national venues like NetSpend, Chime, GreenDot, etc. started letting their customers have their money a couple days before payday. The people that use those kind of cards flocked to that. So other banks started following. Now many banks even advertise that you can paid early by having an account with them. I like it because it means less DE card. And those cards do have a routing and account number where DE does not. Anything getting people off DE is fine with me.
It still goes back to the sales process about your persistency. If you focus on what they need too much instead of on what they want you will always have persistency problems no matter the mode
Please explain overvalued . Dont you sell sbli and Cincinnati equitable? You bad mouth Aflac , moo , cvs , liberty bankers . They're lower priced than the ones you write . Theres no more price busters unless they're in good health .
You know what i meant overpriced . I just showed the few carriers I mentioned including your hate moo cheaper than many of the carriers you sell . Please explain who age 65 Aflac or moo which is cheaper than many you sell are "overpriced "?Do you mean overpriced when you say "overvalued"?
And if it hurts your feelings for me to say something bad about a company you will just have to deal with it. Nor have I never used the term "price buster" and never will. So get that pimp talk out of here unless you're a pimp!
I don't really understand what you're whining about here. I'm not sure you do either. Maybe the sky is not falling today so you had to find something else?
There's nothing to explain. You love you some companies. I don't.You know what i meant overpriced .
