You can go on the Jarvis website to get partial first looks. Looking at the panhandle of Florida, where I live, the PPO MAPD is raising OOP max from $4,900 to $6,500. Adding a $420 deductible on tiers 3-5.

HMO-POS plan is adding a $175 deductible on brand named.

Both plans are eliminating the OTC benefit.

I see cutbacks but it doesn't look earth shattering, so far.

TX 2025 has the drug deductibles, but still showing OTC as covered.

Interesting-Hospital Copay is "Coming Soon"

Obviously the details like hospital copay stuff can make a big impact when they get released. But the premiums and MOOPs look pretty similar for the HMOs year over year.

The PPOs appear to have much larger changes. Higher MOOPs and/or premiums.

*This is for the main state I work. Didn't spend time checking out national plans.

Looks like my main plan went from $3,800 to $4,900 Max OOP

HMO stayed steady on Max OOP though

The HMO-POS in some counties in the panhandle has an $8 a month benefit on part B premiums.
