UIC - United Insurance Group?

United Insurance Group provides leads and some pre set appts for their agents, but agents pay for them dearly with really low commissions. I also think they are very rigid about their 6 month release policy.

United Insurance Group has lost a ton of people and is a fraction of its formerly large organization.

They do provide leads, have a sorta weird database where you print off the lead they input into a CRM (you don't get the lead card) and you get hit on commissions.

Plenty of different IMOs out there to choose from.

I signed up with them in 2007 for marketing MAPD products. I had some issues with the metro Atlanta's management lack of diversity---he thought it was OK to make jokes during meetings. I can say with satisfaction that I learned some marketing/outreach techniques that propelled me into round table status. Gladly took the experience to another level without them and have not looked back.

United Insurance Group DOES NOT RELEASE. We are dealing with a new career agent that has a life contract with them. She never wrote a policy but needs a release because of the carrier rules. She is getting run around with district and regional managers. I asked my contact at the carrier to give me a couple of names at corporate and they do not return calls.

This agent wants to do medicare with their agency and life with us and they still will not work with her. If anyone has any suggestions we are trying to help this young lady out. We provide free direct mail leads, draw, CRM, and benefits. It is truly a career opportunity and we only use 3 carriers so it's not a brokerage situation where she could write something else and terminate the contract.
