I will say this about Radius...it's come a long way since I started using it. The new version (2.0?) is so much better now. I think there is still a lot to do (reporting isn't a strong component), and they need to create documentation sooner rather than later, but overall Radius has turned into quite a good lead management platform.

I just invested in an "Agency" account which give me 5 seats to work with. If, eh, when I figure out how to use it to manage an agency I'm sure it will make my life easier.

Keep up the good work Radius people. Keep the improvements coming, and please, pretty please...documentation!
