Vacation Question for IMOS

Most carriers offer at least one vacation to producers/IMOS
Do you actually attend each of these events that you qualify for, or do you give some vacations away to producers on your downline, or do you just leave some vacations unclaimed?

I can't speak for the others but Newby once gave me a weekend getaway to Atlantic City in February 2008...

What kind of question is this? I've won 24 company trips as a writing agent. Our agency has been awarded four as an agency. There is never an option to give any of them away as an agent or an IMO.

We teach agents to fish not give them fish. Our agents win their own trips. Plenty of them do.

I've only passed on one trip.

Wow! He actually spent the big bucks for a 2/5 rated motel? Most FE IMOs won't go about a 1.5.. They want you to feel comfortable and enjoy yourself by making sure the motel is adequately supplied with mice, roaches and bed bugs. The rally good ones import a little cat urine to use to perfume the sheets.

They are not vacations.. They are 'Conferences" or "Conventions" .. The difference is the way your favorite uncle looks at them on April 15.

In answer to your first question, most companies state in their qualifications that the trips are not transferable.
