The canadian market is a bargain for Viagra or Cialis...The problem is the efficacy of the drug...It just might not work as well...And, for that particular need, THAT can be a problem!!!
The online pharmacy thing for Viagra is Russian Roulette. There is a lot of counterfeit stuff that contains no telling what. The cheap stuff probably ain't the real stuff. That is one drug that I would get a prescription for and pay the price. If you recommend some online pharmacy and then they get some counterfeit you are the bad guy.

Yeah it sucks but it is better than the alternative.

Most of the generic Viagra (Sildenafil) is made by Ranbaxy in India. Ranbaxy makes a lot of generic med's for US companies as well as knock-offs such as "generic" Viagra, Levitra, Cialis, etc.
If the patent owner has not licensed a manufacturer to produce the drug you might want to be careful. Pfizer licensed Ranbaxy to product Atorvastatin (generic Lipitor) as the only approved manufacturer for the first 6 months or so after it went generic. Other companies have done likewise.
As for Viagra, you can pay $21/pill or $11 for brand names from BlueSky, depending on where it is made.
My wife uses Restasis eye drops. She can get 3 boxes for $419 if mfg in the US or $155 if mfg in the US but shipped to Turkey. Both are brand name. The ones that come from Turkey take a little longer to get here and have a label that indicates they were made in the US then shipped to Turkey for resale.
Go figure.
