Vision plans in PA?

Anyone familiar with some good standalone vision insurance products in Pennsylvania? Apparently almost none of the health insurance plans offered on PA's Pennie (ACA marketplace) offers routine vision for adults.

Humana Vision Plus is $12.99/mo. $200 frame allowance, $10 exam. EyeMed network. $250 and $0 at plus providers. no one is going to beat those numbers
