Waddell and Reed

I got an offer from prudential, currently interviewing with Morgan Stanley to see what they offer, and Waddell and Reed contacted me and wanted me to go to the city for an interview. Does anyone have any insight on Waddell and Reed? Pay structure? Client structure? Just general insight, I keep getting mixed reviews of this company.
