What carriers can do a stretch minimum distibution payout of an inherited non spouse NQ annuity ?

Can the non spouse beneficiary do a 1035 transfer to a carrier that will do a stretch payout ?

If so what carriers ?

I understand what the purpose of a stretch is.

I never deal with NQ money so didn't realize that it essentially acts the same as Qual money once the owner dies.

Minimum Distributions and a Stretch are not the same thing.

For the purposes of my discussion it is. Both are meant to "stretch" the distributions based on either the original owner's age, or the bene's depending on whether annuitization has started. Since it is based on life expectancy, a true stretch=MRD's.

Yeah, not many carriers allow it as of right now.
