Why is your client talking to another agent? Did she mail in more cards ? She obviously likes you or she wouldn’t have texted you the info .

You’d have to know her. She doesn’t mail in cards, but sometimes she will recommend me to a friend who got a “better deal” somewhere. Next thing you know, she’s got some scammy agent talking to her. But she always asks me what I think.
