Yes, yes we can. Not all of it, but yes we can. I still don't believe you will give a new agent 125% just starting out. I think that is a bold face lie!
I'm pretty sure he works several states, so not recruiting in FL is not a good excuse to avoid this.

125% is not for a brand new FE agent, just as it would not be for you either. 125% or more is available for those who qualify. Production and honesty dictates an agent's worth.
