My mistake, I thought you might still be selling Mass by the way you wrote it. And of course the agent needs to verify before selling.

I'm personally a fan of Guardian and Ohio National for the following reasons.

Guardian's max GIO is per exercise date is 250k and isn't capped like Mass (but you do need to purchase the full $250k originally to have the GIO at that amount).

ONL allows a bump from Standard to Select once the insured becomes eligible. GIO's are a tad small, but if you are only selling say a $50k policy in the first place it's worth a look.
