Truthfully, few companies will write this. It's obviously 2 part time employees, so it cost more to write than they'll make on it.
State Fund is the place for you.
Alternatively, a lot of captives (State Farm, Farmers, etc) can sometimes write stuff like this. Even they usually want 2 full time employees, but sometimes they can slip it under the radar, depending on the classification.

Who writes the BOP? They should be able to write the Work Comp too I would think. If not a decent place for Work Comp is Firstcomp.com they can place accounts of all sizes.
