I found some on Amazon that I used before that said "Delivery Notice". Under name I would write State of Delaware and leave my number. Worked great! lol

I never did like this idea. You are not delivering anything except info and possibly a check down the road. a very important check. so I think it should be " sorry I missed you, I have very important info" or something. Not a delivery. At least not yet.
I suggest waiting for the 3rd or so knock before leaving . It's mostly for people that are hard to get hold of or you see cars in the driveway or hear them inside . They'll probably never answer the door anyway so you have nothing to lose .It's also used for people that have locked front gates . Although I've noticed that people who have locked front gates are very anti social . There not as receptive to responding to the sticker .
