A little footnote to this . Humana rewriting the client to a Dsnp the full trueup is given back when you write the Dsnp. And United has done this for yrs. But i just noticed a 2/1 new to Medicare i did with United and got them Medicaid and a Dsnp for 6/1. United as of yet never credited me the prorated back. Maybe they've changed how they do it. I'm pretty sure on you since your agent id is the same the chargeback will hit you . Now your upline who get the chargeback on the override won't get the override back when your rewrite . Your new upline will get the override back. All all your former clients under the old fmo still showing in your book of business ?@DonP Just a little update. So now I moved all my contracts, they were all moved this month. I have the same writing number for the carriers so now I'm about to move that client to a Dsnp with the Same carrier. Let's see what happens but I hope that the "chargeback" (I know it's not a true chargeback since I'm moving with the same carrier) but let's see if it shows on my commission statement or my old uplines statements because that client was initially written while I was still in that hierarchy (all my clients were always written under my writing number & the assignment of comissions was to the former upline bc I was Loa). I'm ready to know what happens
