Currently I own a L&H agency, with 2000 health and life clients and looking to start my P.C agency. In order to write P.C, I became an agent for a local P.C agency, however, I was only getting 50/50 split, and I do not own BOB. (I use my own marketing, office space, servicing). I am thinking about look for a new agency where I can keep my BOB, and pay 10%, with a cap? Is this reasonable? I am in Broward, FL.
