That rate increase has nothing to do with the rate "resets" that are happening for my clients. The rates changed 9/1, the month the transfer was official.

Ok, I didn't understand that they'd "reset" rates . . . .nice term for it . . . .

The wife, also an agent, called for clarification, they said, "Everyone that is over 12 months, regardless of the original paper it is written on, will take the rate increase", now when they plan on publically sharing that info or if that person knew what they were talking about is yet to be seen.
