I certified last year but I didn't sell anything. Do I have to certify by today September 30?

If not, when is the deadline?

If you didn't sell anything last year, rest easy. You have no renewals to lose. If you want to sell 2015 plans, just start from scratch on 10/1/2014 as if you never certified before.

You sure about that? If certified last year, you just have to do one of the parts. You don't have to go through the identity process etc again.

that is true regarding a chance that recertified before today October the first. Not sure about ages who let their certification lapse last night.
