TX- Which Version of ACT are you using? I am still on 4.0 and I may upgrade. I see a lot of negative reviews on some of the newer versions. And finally, do any of the lead companies auto import into ACT, so you don't have to retype the data? I seems like I am repeating myself all day long, type into Brokeroffice, type into ACT, etc. If ACT doesn't auto import are there other contact managers that do?

You can auto import leads to ACT! using Webgrabber.

If you don't want to make major changes (by getting the totally revamped 2005-2008 ACT versions) to your ACT program I would move up to 6.0 (2004 version) It was the the last and the best of the old ACT versions. You can probably buy it for around a dollar or s on e-bay. Any file that can be saved as text delimited or comma delimited can be imported into ACT.
