Aetna/SilverScript

As I have said before, regardless of what Humana CSR's may have told you, the actual plan cross-walking which Humana did from 2019 to 2020 WAS from a higher cost to a lower cost plan.

What are you talking about from a $30 plan on average to a $60 plan?

You do know (After all this) they did not put clients in the lower cost Walmart plan Right?

The 2019 Humana WalMart plan was not closed, so there was no cross-walking for that plan required of Humana or done by them.

No?

Why are all the clients moved to the high option $60 Plan???????????

Clients were NOT moved.
Plans appear to be registered with CMS by number, not by name.
For example: S5884-158 in TN (started in 2014)

That plan was NOT terminated in 2020. It simply had some changes, including both a name change and a premium change. These changes should have been explained in the Humana anoc.

No plan termination, no cross walking of members to another plan.

S5884-001 WAS terminated and it's members were cross walked to the lower cost S5884-158

Changes like this are shown very clearly on q1medicare.

Your discontent with Humana is blinding you to the true facts of the situation.

From q1medicare:
Examples of 2019 Medicare Part D plans changing names (and coverage) in 2020
Stand-alone Medicare Part D plans (PDPs) with name changes and possibly significant feature changes
Humana Walmart Rx Plan (PDP) will become Humana Premier Rx Plan (PDP); in all states; 1,974,067 (the number of affected members)

For the 2019 Humana WalMart plan, Name and Cost changes, NOT plan non-renewal or termination with a cross walk of plan members.

The cross walking comments in many of the Humana related discussions here for the 2019 Humana WalMart plan are incorrect.

LD, how many clients did you have that had the Humana Walmart plan call and complain about their premium jumping from $20 a month to $60 a month? :err:

You're arguing with agents that actually went through this. Just admit you're mistaken and let it go.

Listen You have No Idea what you are talking about'
'
This has nothing to do with discontent with any company

This has to do with many clients I have on the plan and what they have experienced, I have real-world experience

Besides that, it was discussed to exhaustion on this thread many agents experienced the same

You are on this forum enough I am amazed this slipped past you
